Lecture Series at Charles University
Faculty of Nature Sciences
From the Genome to Proteomes
This lecture is based on primary data from original research papers. The lecture illustrates how models of biological processes are derived from experimental data. The aim of the lecture is to stimulate the ability to critically evaluate and interpret experimental results. The lecture expects the knowledge of the basics of molecular biology. However, experimental approaches required for understanding the experiments are explained.
THE FOCUS IS ON LOGICAL THINKING AS OPPOSED TO DATA-MEMORIZING.
